NYS Standardized operating procedure for purchasers of real estate
PURSUANT TO REAL PROPRTY LAW §442-H all New York State Real Estate Brokers must post their standardized operating on their public facing website.
Reppi Real Estate Standardized Operating Procedure is a follows:
Please be advised that Sam Reppi, Broker, all associate brokers and all sales agents:
Require prospective buyer clients to show identification
Require exclusive buyer broker agreements
Require an up to date pre-approval for a mortgage loan and proof of funds to close as well as proof of funds for cash deals
Broker has copies of these Standardized Operating Procedures available to the public upon request at Broker’s office location.
